Seasonal Equipment Rentals
This year we served 5 school and 3 club teams throughout the Rocky Mountain region with our fleet of seasonal equipment rentals.
We want to make sure that we have enough equipment for all and to update some of our older rentals so we are offering our VIP prepay option for next year's seasonal equipment rentals.
This is your only chance to get seasonal equipment rentals for the 2023-2024 season at a discounted rate. We will not be offering a special rate in the fall.
By pre-booking with our prepay option now you get the first pick of new equipment rentals coming in in the fall, and you'll help us know how to project our rental numbers for next year so we can ensure every skier is taken care of.
Not only will you save, but you'll get to start equipment pickup in October (two weeks before everyone else) and we'll throw some free VIP swag your way when you pick up your rental.
(p.s. We know that sometimes skiers change their minds so we're happy to offer a full refund until 11/1/23 if that happens)

Cross-Country Touring Package:
This package includes skis with a waxless kick zone, boots, bindings, poles, and waxing all winter. We're also happy to swap out and exchange sizes if something doesn't fit quite right. These are not racing skis.

Cross-Country Racer Package:
This package includes classic skis, skate skis, combi boots, skate poles, classic poles and waxing all winter. This is our performance package with newer equipment priority going to VIP skiers.

Cross-Country Skate Ski Package:
Includes skate skis, boots, bindings, poles and waxing all winter.

Downhill Ski Package:
Includes skis, boots, poles, helmet and tuning all winter.

We are able to offer individual items for rent (ie boots, skis or poles) for VIP customers only. If you need an individual item for the winter please email Rebecca for pricing.

Frequently asked questions
Can we be part of the VIP program if our skier skis with a ski team in another town?
Absolutely! So far we support skiers in Laramie, Cheyenne, Fort Collins, Denver and Casper. We're excited to be able to offer our ski rental services and VIP pricing to more skiers to grow and develop the sport we love.
What is your refund policy?
We are happy to offer a full refund if you decide not to need seasonal equipment rentals for the 2023-2024 season. Just let us know by 11/1/23 so we can allocate your equipment to someone else.
When is payment due?
All prebook payments are due by 4/21/23 so we can add any additional equipment to our fall ski order. We can not except payment after 4/21/23 or reserve equipment for you.
When can we pick up our seasonal rentals?
Seasonal equipment rentals for our VIP prebook customers begins the last week in October. A month before booking starts you'll get an email from Rebecca prompting you to set up a rental pick-up appointment at your convenience.
